Hi, I’m Ravin,

I’m a therapist, educator, and perpetual over-thinker turned clarity-finder. I support folks in untangling themselves from all the “shoulds” and find a way of living that actually feels like theirs. My work is rooted in anti-oppressive, attachment-based, and trauma-informed care…with a good dose of humour and realism thrown in, because healing doesn’t have to be dry or overwhelming.

I’m especially passionate about helping people who’ve felt like they don’t quite fit the mold—because same. I know what it’s like to try to hold it all together on the outside while quietly melting down on the inside, and I care deeply about creating space where you can be your full, messy, brilliant self.

Also important: I’m a dog mom, big fan of naps, and believe rest is productive. I like making lists, showing love through food, and creating systems that actually make sense for people with real human brains.
