  • Hi, I’m Ravin!

I’m therapist, educator, and perpetual over-thinker turned clarity-finder

I’m deeply passionate about supporting folks in untangling themselves from all the “shoulds” we are constantly bombarded with. My clinical work is rooted in anti-oppressive values, identity affirming care and honouring the innate wisdom of our bodies…with a good dose of humour and realism thrown in.

I’m especially drawn to helping people who’ve felt like they don’t quite fit the mold, because…same. I know what it’s like to try to hold it all together on the outside while quietly shutting down on the inside. I believe that true healing lies in experiencing safe connection where we have permission to be our full, messy, complex and brilliant selves.

Also important: I’m a dog mom, big fan of naps, and love to nerd out on all things human experience related.

If you’re looking to connect with someone who gets that healing is complicated, personal, political, and sometimes a little weird, I’d love to connect with you!

  • I locate myself as a cis-gender South Asian woman, a settler in so-called “Canada” with ancestral roots in India, and someone who lives at the intersection of bicultural identity, neurodivergence, and complex trauma. I come to this work not only as a therapist, but as someone who has lived inside systems that asked me to perform a rigid definition of wellness in order to be seen as worthy of care. Much of my understanding of healing and therapeutic work comes from navigating medical, mental health, and wellness spaces that pathologized and shamed my survival rather than taking the time to help me make sense of it and choose my own path.

  • My approach to therapy is deeply relational, centers the innate wisdom of our nervous systems, and rooted in collective liberation. In therapy speak, I draw from attachment-based, emotion-focused, and somatic approaches such as Lifespan Integration.

I don’t see humanness as something to be fixed or cured, but as a highly adaptive response to unsafe, mismatched, and/or overwhelming environments.

Therapy with me is collaborative, attuned, and focused on helping folks make sense of their experience in context: personal, relational, and systemic.

I specialize in working with neurodivergent and high-masking adults, and complex or developmental trauma. Much of my work centers on burnout, shame, emotional dysregulation or chronic overwhelm, and the long-term impact of being misunderstood, unsupported, or expected to just “work harder” at life.

I have a deep care and passion for helping folks build lives that honour their individual needs and capacity. I don’t believe in teaching surface level coping skills that encourage you to tolerate harm better and view healing as a journey towards a more secure and aligned connection with ourselves.

  • Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.

I believe healing isn’t about becoming someone new, but creating space for the most authentic version of you. My approach is anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and attachment-focused. I meet people where they are, with curiosity, compassion, and the occasional well-timed laugh.

I’m especially passionate about working with folks navigating big emotions, identity shifts, or feeling stuck in the in-between. I hold space for unpacking early experiences, especially for those who’ve spent a lifetime prioritizing others at the expense of themselves. As a people-pleaser in recovery, I get it.

Being in an interracial marriage has opened my eyes in ways that continue to shape how I show up—both personally and professionally. I bring a culturally curious lens to this work; I can’t ignore the privilege I carry as a cis-het, white woman, and I consistently work to hold that with humility, accountability, and truly listening to the experiences of those I have the honour of working with. In session, you can expect warmth, honesty, and room to move at your own pace. I won’t pretend to have all the answers—but I’ll walk beside you as we explore what healing means for you.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a croissant enthusiast, unapologetic Taco Bell fan, and dog mom to two fur babies.

If any of this resonates, I’d love to connect!
